Awesome exercises to get a thigh gap
A thigh gap is something every girl wants. And if you look after yourself and do the exercises that we have below, then there is no reason that you can’t get on in a few months. Remember, as with most things in life it’s all about dedication – so stick with it and it will be worth it.
There are two basic steps that you need to take.
1)Lose weight around the thigh area
2)Tone and exercise the muscles of the inner thigh to give you the ‘gap’ look
What you need to understand is that any exercise that open and close your legs are going to help tone up your inner thigh and help in creating that thigh gap that you want!
You can ‘make your own exercises’.
If you lie on your side and raise your leg as high as it will go, that will exercise the inner thigh. You can make this exercise harder by changing the angle, bending your leg, doing it faster or slower and even adding weight.
The exercises on this blog come from different styles of training but they all help to get the result. Some are from yoga, some are from pilates, some are bodyweight training and some of them are strength based training where you lift weights.
